Embracing Challenge
The transformative learning process at Lydenburg Primary School is designed to help our students grow both in and out of the classroom. Each day is filled with opportunities to experience new educational and social situations to further development. Astro Quiz
Lydenburg Primary School took part in the Provincial Astro Quiz championship ,on the 29t August, at the Penreach College in Nelspruit.
​
The finalist were 23 schools from all over the Mpumalanga Province. This was the first for Lydenburg Primary School. Eventually LPS got crowned the Bohlabela district winners.
Poetry Competition - Mash FM
Lydenburg Primary School was invited, by Mash FM ,to participate in a poetry competition .
​
The competition begun on the 3 August 2019 and the finals were held on the 7 September 2019.
​
Hawa Morigitlhane has been representing Lydenburg Primary school from the beginning.
​
We are elated to have been crowned position 1, Hawa has also won "most consistent Poet".

Career Expo

Our Grade 7 Learners had recently attended a career expo ,at Booyesendal Mine.

It was a fulfilling experience and our learners left more confident and motivated.

Grade 7 Learners of Lydenburg Primary school got celebrate career day
Spelling Bee Competition - Mash FM
Lydenburg Primary School was invited, by Mash FM ,to participate in a spelling bee competition.

There were 8 schools that had participated.
​
Noluthando Nobela represented Lydenburg Primary school .

We are elated to have been crowned position 1 yet again.

Maths Olympia 2020
On the 12 March 2020 ,our Learners took part in the first round of the Maths Olympia. We look forward to going through to the next round.
